1. Delivery Times
- Lahore City Deliveries: Same-day delivery within 1 to 2 hours via express rider.
- Nationwide Deliveries (All Pakistan): 2 to 3 business days via sealed airtight courier service.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery across Lahore on orders above 5 kg.
- Standard courier charges apply for nationwide shipments as quoted during order confirmation.
3. Replacement & Refund Policy
Because bakery items are perishable food products baked fresh daily:
- If a parcel arrives damaged or compromised during courier transit, notify us via WhatsApp at +92 308 4199043 with photos within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- We will immediately send a fresh replacement package or issue a full refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa.
