Founded by Khalifa Sahib inside the historic Mochi Gate of Walled Lahore, our bakery began with a single tandoor and a family recipe for nankhatai that had already been passed down for two generations. A hundred years on, the tandoor still burns, the recipes are unchanged, and every khatai is hand-shaped by bakers we've trained ourselves.
We measure success by the grandparents who bring their grandchildren to taste the same biscuit they had as kids — and find it exactly the same.
